Marvell (MRVL) has issued an announcement.
Marvell Technology, Inc. has bolstered its Board of Directors with the appointment of two seasoned industry executives, Rick Wallace and Daniel Durn, set to join the board in April 2024 and stand for election at the June 2024 stockholders meeting. Wallace brings over three decades of experience from KLA Corporation, including roles as CEO and President, while Durn, currently CFO at Adobe, has a solid background in finance and operations with stints at Applied Materials and NXP Semiconductors. Their independence and lack of prior relationships with existing members assure unbiased contributions to Marvell’s governance. They will receive standard director compensation, including a retainer and stock units, aligning their interests with the company’s success.
