As a result of the share issuance, Clearway Global, LLC now owns approximately 42% of Lobe Sciences and has become a deemed insider, also providing consulting services to the company. Lobe Sciences continues its commitment to developing innovative medicines for rare diseases and is involved in research with non-hallucinogenic psilocin-based compounds.
