ICICI Bank Limited has announced the successful passage of resolutions outlined in their Postal Ballot Notice, with the detailed results to be submitted in XBRL mode and also made available on the bank’s website. The voting, conducted via remote e-voting services by NSDL, was scrutinized for compliance and fairness by appointed scrutinizer Vinita Nair from Vinod Kothari & Company. Shareholders have exercised their voting rights, and the bank has ensured all regulatory compliance in the e-voting process.
