Cornish Metals Inc. has announced a significant shake-up in its executive team, with CEO Richard Williams set to depart at the end of March 2024. Ken Armstrong, currently a Non-Executive Director, will take on the role of Interim CEO, while Chairman Patrick Anderson will serve as Executive Chairman during the search for a new permanent CEO. The company is focused on advancing its South Crofty Tin Project in Cornwall towards construction, with a Preliminary Economic Assessment expected in Q2 2024.
