The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has become a substantial holder in Credit Corp Group Limited, with a total voting power of 5.00% across 3,406,182 fully paid ordinary shares. The bank’s relevant interest arises from its voting power in two entities it controls, Avanteos Investments Limited and Colonial First State Investments Limited, which collectively hold a significant number of shares in Credit Corp. CBA’s ability to vote and dispose of these shares is subject to certain qualifications.
